Meeting of the Coalition in Calafat

On 13.12.2007 in Calafat, Romania the Coalition for civil monitoring of the Vidin - Calafat Bridge construction held thier regular meeting. During the meeting, the results of research taken among citizens and experts about transparency of the procedures and the protection of local interest were presented. The participants expressed their worries about the visible delay of the construction, which will lead to loss of benefits for both of the communities.

Training

In the period October, 4-6 2007 in Belogradchik took place training of 20 representatives of the represented in the Coalition organizations from both cities. The topic of the education was "Creation of capacity for civil monitoring". The educational organization was association Transparency International - Sofia (project partner).
